Jake's Note Book

Sometimes it's the little things that make a real difference. I grabbed a notebook for good old 10 cents in the back to school sales with the intention of using it to communicate to Candice about Jake. It was an easy-peasy job to make it pretty- but it makes such a difference. And if this week note book gets kept as a record of Jakes year then it's a bonus to have it looking good!
